Born in Hong Kong, interior-architect William LIM studied architecture at New York’s Cornell University. After living and working in US for 12 years, Lim returned to Hong Kong and set up his company CL3 in 1992. He was conferred an Honorary Doctorate degree by Savannah College  of Art and Design (SCAD) in 2018.
