Tsang Tak-ping develops projects related to design, installation, performance, photography, publication and art and design criticism. Former Associate Professor at the School of Design, Hong Kong Polytechnic University, he is the founder of Mindful Design Lab and the co-founder of Para/Site Art Space, Habitus Design Space, Choi Yuen Tsuen Livelihood Place and The School of Everyday Life. 

香港出生。從事創意教育、設計、裝置、表演、攝影、繪畫、出版、藝術和設計評論。曾參與亞洲、歐洲和北美洲的國際性展覽，包括意大利威尼斯雙年展和韓國光洲雙年展。 1996 年為Para/Site 藝術空間的創辦人之一，推動香港當代藝術。2006 年保衛天星碼頭及鐘樓藝術行動，與年青藝術家創立 We Are Society (WAS) 公共藝術組織，推動文化保育和公共空間生活中的創意發揮。2010 年與社會運動朋友創立﹁生活館﹂，推動永衡文化生活(Permaculture)。2012 年共創非政府組織Mindful Creativity Circle，以創意教育、藝術和設計，推廣正念生活和心性創意發展。2011 年起，出版大學教授白癡港式生活叢書之《內嘈外吵‧ 寂靜決定》、《消費主義的魑魅魍魎》、《亂世善行‧ 境隨心轉》、《工巧無記‧ 離我我所》和《應物象形‧ 四大皆空》。2014年與其他藝術工作者共同創辦「生活書院」。
